Shiloh's progress

Well, it took a while, but I finally got to a point where I was happy with the colour for Shiloh. I've got a bit more "tweeking" to do, but I'm going to let her rest for a while and proceed with the next dog in the painting.

Getting back in the swing of drawing has been really satisfying! Why don't I do this more often??? Oh yeah... because it completely takes over my life for hours/days at a time. (but it's FUN!)

Dog Sweaters

Well, here we go. The dog sweaters that I have been working on for the last several weeks... or so.
Here is little Niki in her Oh-so-lovely little black dress which has been heavily modified by the addition of crocheted lace edging. What? I like crocheted lace! It's so pretty.

Next are the Yorkshire Terrier "cousins" to Shelby the chihuahua (who will soon be featured here as well). Lexus and Mercedes are wearing their red and white Christmas dresses. The pattern was heavily modified to fit the individual dogs and (of course) embellished with *all together now!* crocheted lace edging!!
